But after starting a journey of rediscovering my long lost sewing/fashion passion my brother suggested I start a blog to show off what I have been making.  I am notoriously bad at phone calls, text messages, emails, letters or any other form of non-face-to-face communication so I have no reason to think I will be any better at this. But who knows, maybe I will have some good stuff to show and tell to provide some motivation and hopefully some inspiration.

I have been living in Melbourne for 2.5 years now so a lot has changed and there is a lot to catch everyone up on.  I see this blog as being one part show and tell and one part life updates and maybe another part editorial/my opinion/voicing things that I want to voice. Mmm maybe I can add another part of delicious cocktail reviews from fabulous Melbourne bars.  This may become quite a potent blog concoction.

Read, follow, comment if you like, or don't. It's up to you. Just let me know, so that I know if this is something I should continue doing. I might do it anyway, just as a nice way to keep track.  I believe this is what they used to call a diary and yes, I am useless at those as well.
